Security Plumbing & Heating has been serving customers for the past 30-years. We started by doing repair and remodel work for the old Security Life building (hence our name) and the Executive Tower Inn. This work ranged from replacement of piping to remodels. We then expanded into new construction where we went from small buildings to million dollar contracts.

However, we have found that our true calling is in the service sector where we can work with building owners and managers to build relationships on trust and competence. This has worked so well that we now have twelve technicians in the field and are looking for more. As with any business our employees are what make the company.

Our technicians are among the best and we are continually training and updating their skills. To ensure the safety of all concerned we do random drug tests and run background checks on all employees. Human beings make mistakes, when and if this happens you can be assured that we will make it right, a company can’t stay in business 30-years without our excellent customer service.

We currently have service contracts with the City of Arvada, City of Lakewood Maintenance Department and several of the high-rise buildings downtown such as 1801 California, 633 17th and 1660 Lincoln. AIMCO Property Management (one of the largest apartment managers) has used us for years to replace piping and equipment.
